CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERING POLICY
We operate a click and collect service from this website. The terms and conditions of our website apply.
Allergen information is online here. Please make use of this as a guide when ordering.
Please also inform us via the comments box if you have any allergies.
All payments are processed via our card payment gateway. Once the order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you have any queries about your order, you can contact us on 0151 7078669.
We will prepare the food to order in the same way as orders taken face to face or by telephone. This will comply with our company standards and all relevant food hygiene and safety regulations in force.
You are responsible for collection of your order from 4 RICHMOND STREET, LIVERPOOL, L1 1EE. Your collection time will be set out during the Order process.
If you do not collect your Order within 1.5 hours of your collection time, your Products will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund.
Collection time is advised when orders are placed. At busy times in our kitchen there may be a short wait for food which is being cooked to order. We cannot remake the order if you are late for the collection time. The food will be handed over to you on collection on confirmation of your order reference number.
It is your responsibility to check you have collected your complete order. The order is considered complete when you have collected the food and is non-refundable.
